Description

  • Build responsive, accessible React applications with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Turn Figma designs into reusable component libraries.
  • Improve client-side performance, state management, and user flows.
  • Design and deploy secure REST APIs and backend microservices with Node.js, Express, and AWS serverless tools.
  • Manage structured and unstructured data in SQL and NoSQL systems, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and automated tests.
  • Build enterprise search, indexing, and retrieval features with Amazon OpenSearch and Kendra.
  • Work with data engineers on ETL pipelines that combine client data sources.
  • Integrate authentication and identity management with AWS Cognito.
  • Work with product managers, UX designers, and clients to clarify requirements and demonstrate features.
  • Contribute to architecture reviews, sprint activities, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of professional full-stack engineering experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong expertise in React, Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and SQL and NoSQL database design.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, and S3.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience or a strong interest in client-facing agile teams.
  • Experience with OpenSearch, Kendra, or comparable search and indexing services.
  • Experience implementing semantic search or using LLMs in search pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AWS Glue, Athena, Step Functions, or other ETL tools.
  • Working knowledge of Cognito and identity management practices.
  • Experience with React Native or mobile-focused frontends.
  • Exposure to HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance settings.
