- Analyze trends in quality data to spot emerging performance issues and guide improvement efforts.
- Track KPI completion to help the quality team improve co-manufacturer performance.
- Manage document control and organize the quality system to establish high standards.
Requirements
- Background in administrative, quality, or supply chain support, ideally in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods.
- Exceptional care and accuracy when handling large volumes of documentation, including more than 100 specifications.
- Strong written English and research abilities, with skill in synthesizing findings for horizon scanning and reporting.
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research and data tasks while checking outputs for accuracy.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, document management, and quality or compliance record-keeping.
- Dependable, self-starting, and comfortable working independently across time zones in a remote setting.
