Description
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities with strategic oversight
- Manage a team of financial analysts
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities
- Advise on financial strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to align financial priorities with business objectives
- Maintain accurate financial reporting
- Advance process improvements
- Support strategic planning and risk assessment
- Lead the annual FP&A budget cycle and set financial targets
- Assess performance using variance, trend, and profitability analyses
- Deliver actionable recommendations and insights to senior leadership
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Assess the performance of business units, product lines, and projects
- Design, implement, and enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in FP&A roles
- At least three years of experience using SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to support business partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative, team-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience
- Experience with Apptio preferred
- Retail industry experience preferred
