Remote BCBA Supervisor and Clinical Consultant in California

Child Communication and Behavior Specialists is seeking a remote BCBA Supervisor and Clinical Consultant in California. The role combines caseload management, ABA team supervision, caregiver training, and social skills programming.

Description

  • Supervise telehealth and in-person services delivered in clinics and client homes
  • Maintain an active clinical caseload
  • Provide supervision to RBTs and student analysts
  • Deliver caregiver training sessions
  • Lead social skills groups
  • Perform direct and indirect billable clinical services
  • Oversee clinical records and treatment-hour utilization

Requirements

  • Hold an active BCBA certification
  • Bring at least two years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrate fluency in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
  • Tailor supervision to each individual’s needs and circumstances
  • Independently apply current evidence-based practices
  • Manage scheduling, time, and documentation independently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with families, staff, and leadership
  • Successfully complete a background check
  • Commit to at least 30 clinical hours each week
  • Meet the expectation of achieving 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours
