Remote BCBA / LBA in Maryland
Horizon Blue ABA is seeking a remote BCBA/LBA to oversee individualized ABA care for children and families in Maryland. The role includes supervising RBTs, refining treatment programs, supporting parents, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

- Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Lead RBT supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support.
- Complete assessments and refine treatment goals when needed.
- Partner with families and multidisciplinary professionals to support client outcomes.
- Follow applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Manage an individualized caseload serving 8–10 families.
- Update programming as children develop and their needs change.
- Help parents navigate treatment-related challenges.
- Coach RBTs who work directly with children each day.
- Participate in weekly collaboration and receive clinical mentorship.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- New York Licensed Behavior Analyst credential is required.
- At least one year of ABA experience.
- Medicaid identification number issued by New York State.
- Bilingual English–Spanish BCBAs are preferred.
