Oversee chemical permits, licensing, inventories, and audits for Incora’s global supply chain operations. Maintain compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements and agency standards.
Description
- Oversee chemical import permits, licenses, and regulatory filings
- Liaise with DENR-EMB, PDEA, PNP, Customs, and other government regulators
- Keep regulated chemical inventories and compliance documentation accurate and current
- Compile mandatory reports and assist with audits and inspections
- Track regulatory developments and maintain continuing compliance
- Advise stakeholders on licensing obligations and chemical-handling requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
- Three to five years of regulatory compliance experience in the chemical industry
- Practical experience with PMPIN, SQI, and controlled-chemical licensing procedures
- Working knowledge of RA 6969, PICCS, SDS, and GHS requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and compliance recordkeeping
- Careful, effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a criminal record check as a condition of employment
