Description

  • Start and grow your own property concierge business with the ALB brand.
  • Develop the business in your local area.
  • Find property owners and secure management agreements.
  • Recruit and manage local cleaning and maintenance professionals.
  • Manage a property portfolio independently using ALB’s digital tools.
  • You may build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship.
  • Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by the business.
  • Build a portfolio of managed properties that produces recurring revenue.

Requirements

  • Work on a self-employed basis.
  • Be able to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships.
  • Be motivated to grow an entrepreneurial business.
  • Experience in real estate, sales or another field is welcome.
