Serve Crocs customers at One Utama in a part-time retail role, supporting point-of-sale operations, merchandising, inventory, and store sales targets.
Description
- Provide exceptional customer service through the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Foster a positive team atmosphere where colleagues can share ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Support customer service, product knowledge, product placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom activities
- Handle daily store operations, including POS use, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty-program promotion, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Work with Store Management to improve individual performance indicators through sales-focused techniques
- Apply Asset Protection procedures covering shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold an SPM, O Level, or higher qualification
- Have 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in retail
- Communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Be available for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Have basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Be able to use a retail point-of-sale system
- Show motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
