Part-Time Merchandiser / Order Writer - Prescott, AZ
Represent Mondelēz International in Prescott-area stores by stocking Oreo, Ritz, and other snack products. Manage ordering, promotional displays, and retail merchandising support on a part-time schedule.
Description
- Represent Mondelēz professionally in stores as the face of its snack brands
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers
- Complete daily store visits under Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Photograph displays using DMI
- Build relationships with receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to maintain stocked shelves and displays
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated store plans
- Follow RTM-established daily schedules and priorities
- Support seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, move, and stock products between stock rooms and store shelves
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- Positive, professional attitude
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations
- Able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
- Previous retail or grocery experience preferred
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Prescott, Arizona
- Open availability, including weekends
- Available to begin work at 6:00 a.m.
- Available to work 20–25 hours per week
