- Arrange a part-time schedule that fits around personal commitments
- Manage an aftercare program across Rader’s Henderson and Longview locations
- Conduct educational programs for the local community
- Visit families in their homes
- Follow up with contacts from previous funeral home files
- Develop local relationships and expand a personal book of business
- Sell funeral services and related products to families
- Receive coaching and mentorship from a dedicated Precoa field manager
Requirements
- Hold a current life insurance license or be able to obtain one
- Two to five or more years of consultative sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrate strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach and the discipline to manage an independent schedule
