On-Site Merchandiser and Order Writer – Cranberry Township, PA
Represent Mondelēz International in Pennsylvania stores by stocking and ordering Oreo, Ritz, and other snack brands. Manage displays, store relationships, and product availability during scheduled retail visits.
Description
- Represent Mondelēz International in stores as the face of its snack brands and steward of the biscuit aisle
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers
- Complete daily store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, including photographing displays through DMI
- Develop working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated store plans
- Work from daily schedules and priorities established by the RTM
- Assist with seasonal sales activities, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Share store-level observations, challenges, and opportunities with the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, move, and stock products from back rooms onto store shelves
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently
- Use a personal vehicle with valid insurance to travel between store locations
- Be prepared to perform demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds
- Previous retail or grocery experience is advantageous
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania
- Be available Monday through Friday
- Be available for start times between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
