Mobile Developer, .NET MAUI and C#
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile features for Smart Working, with a balanced focus on frontend and backend development. The role includes API updates, user interface improvements, testing, and collaboration with mobile developers.
Description
- Maintain and enhance an existing cross-platform mobile app
- Build and release new application features
- Update APIs that support app functionality
- Design and improve mobile user interfaces
- Split development work evenly between frontend and backend
- Test the application against its functional requirements
- Handle assigned development work independently and efficiently
- Work with the project team and fellow mobile developers
- Keep data-heavy systems accurate through careful attention to detail
- Use established DevOps processes while working autonomously and flexibly
- Complete development tasks and join technical problem-solving discussions
- Deliver work promptly while meeting specified requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with .NET MAUI or relevant cross-platform or native mobile development using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Android Studio
- At least 2 years of .NET and C# experience; this is essential and cannot be substituted
- At least 2 years of professional mobile development experience
- Able to work independently and collaborate with project teams and other mobile developers
- Careful attention to detail, especially when working with data-heavy systems
- Able to manage work autonomously while following established DevOps processes
- Able to complete assigned development tasks and contribute to technical problem-solving discussions as needed
- Able to work at pace while ensuring deliverables meet requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions
- At least 2 years of experience with GitHub or a comparable version control platform such as GitLab or Bitbucket
- At least 1 year of experience with Jira or an alternative such as Linear or Trello
- At least 1 year of experience with Claude Code or Codex
