Description
- Analyze complex data and prepare insights for management.
- Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports to meet organizational needs.
- Protect the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Maintain databases to keep records consistent and complete.
- Review and clean databases to correct errors and discrepancies.
- Work with IT teams to connect MIS with existing systems and support reliable data flows.
- Resolve system issues that affect data accuracy.
- Find ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Put changes in place to make MIS more efficient and effective.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data needs and align them with organizational goals.
- Present MIS findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Train and assist end users with MIS tools and systems.
- Respond to user questions and help ensure a smooth experience.
Requirements
- Hold an active Philippine registered nurse (PHRN) license.
- Have 1–3 years of experience.
- Have good communication skills at B1–B2 level.
