Mid-Senior Zapier Automation and Integration Developer - Philippines Remote
Develop Zapier-based workflows, SaaS integrations, and AI bots for Wing Assistant’s global operations. This full-time remote role is based in the Philippines and focuses on reliable process automation.
Description
- Develop and connect business workflows across company operations with Zapier, Make or n8n, APIs, and webhooks
- Build AI bots that bring tools and information together to improve communication efficiency
- Translate business processes into triggers, actions, paths, and data transformations
- Integrate SaaS platforms securely while managing credentials, validation, and error handling
- Test and monitor automations, investigate failures, maintain Git-based versions, and document support processes
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the software and systems needed for automation work
- Confirm technical constraints, acceptance criteria, and priorities before implementing solutions
Requirements
- Provide a portfolio, code samples, or other technical work demonstrating relevant automation and integration experience
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Zapier, Make or n8n, REST APIs, Git, and JSON
- Be able to debug, troubleshoot, and document technical processes and systems effectively
- Understand version control, testing, security, and software delivery practices
- Communicate fluently in reading, writing, and speaking for complex business coordination and professional documentation
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation
- Have a working webcam
- Use a computer with a processor of at least 1.8 GHz and at least 4GB of RAM
- Maintain a primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps over cable
- Maintain a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
- Be available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST for 40 hours per week
- Use Zapier, Make or n8n, REST APIs and webhooks, JSON, Git with a code repository, Claude and its tools, and Microsoft Copilot
