Mid-Level Quality Data Analyst – Automotive, Mexico Remote
Support Ford automotive engineering projects by tracking deliverables, reports, statistics, and version control for ALTEN México. Coordinate quality data reporting and delivery evidence with Team Leaders and the BO Team.
Description
- Provide regular status updates to the assigned Team Leader and BO Team using reports, statistics, and delivery evidence defined with Ford Team Leaders and the BO Team
- Recommend the reports, tracking metrics, and delivery-evidence formats to use
- Coordinate proposals with Ford Team Leaders and the BO Team, incorporating revisions as needed
- Review deliverables in advance
- Complete and submit fully viable Ford deliverables according to agreed timelines and milestones
- Prepare invention disclosures when required
- Track version-control procedures
- Deliver a summary report to the BO Team at the end of the Purchase Order, covering deliverables, timelines, achievements, and improvements
Requirements
- Automotive industry experience and a basic understanding of vehicle architectures and components
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel pivot tables, and databases
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize a dynamic workload from multiple sources and collaborate with off-site teams
- More than two years of experience as a Quality Data Analyst
- Willingness to work and grow with ALTEN in an automotive environment
- Flexibility to support the team’s schedule, including attending meetings at 6:00 a.m. when necessary
- Problem-solving ability, including root-cause analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English for daily interaction with a supervisor in the United States
- B1/B2 visa required
