Mid-level corporate attorney working remotely on civil litigation, judicial reorganizations, and bankruptcy matters. Independently manages proceedings, legal strategies, hearings, and credit recovery.
Description
- Prepare pleadings, appeals, and other procedural filings
- Track civil and corporate litigation matters
- Represent debtors and creditors in judicial reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings
- File proofs of claim, objections, and challenges to claims
- Attend Creditors’ General Meetings
- Manage enforcement proceedings, collections, and credit recovery measures
- Review proceedings and develop legal strategies
- Conduct hearings, attend court conferences, and monitor deadlines
Requirements
- Law degree and active bar admission
- Professional experience in civil and corporate litigation
- Excellent legal writing and strong knowledge of procedural law
- Strong organizational and accountability skills, with the ability to manage cases independently
- Primarily litigation-focused and procedural practice profile
- Availability for immediate start
- Experience with judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, and credit recovery is an advantage
