Marketing Manager, Georgetown (Hybrid)
Lead local marketing for JETSET Pilates’ Georgetown studio through partnerships, events, social media, and lead generation. Support community growth at the established Austin Arboretum studio.
Description
- Build relationships with local businesses, wellness providers, community groups, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Plan and deliver local marketing initiatives, pop-ups, tabling, JETSET On The Mat events, and other community activations.
- Attract and develop leads through partnerships, events, social media, and grassroots outreach.
- Expand JETSET’s local Instagram and Meta presence through content, engagement, partnerships, and community storytelling.
- Handle lead communication and follow-up in AXLE to support pre-sales and Founding Membership growth.
- Create and manage email campaigns for prospective clients and leads.
- Strengthen JETSET’s visibility across Georgetown and North Austin.
- Contribute to marketing programs, partnerships, and events for JETSET Pilates Austin Arboretum.
- Monitor marketing and community-building activity, using performance results to identify growth opportunities.
- Work primarily in Georgetown, with approximately 15% of the role supporting the established Arboretum studio.
Requirements
- Previous fitness or Pilates experience is not required.
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, hospitality, sales, social media, or community building is a plus.
- Communicate confidently and personably with a broad range of people.
- Work proactively with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organization.
- Use social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms comfortably.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Feel comfortable generating leads and participating in sales conversations.
- Show enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, hospitality, and community.
- Be available for occasional evening and weekend events and activations.
