Description
- Advise clients on property and casualty insurance for hospitality, air and maritime transport, and energy.
- Quote risks with the team.
- Review proposals and present options to clients.
- Issue and renew policies, and manage endorsements.
- Coordinate with domestic and international insurers.
- Maintain and update information in SICAS.
- Work with internal teams to provide timely, effective service.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the commercial team.
- Follow up on policies and client requests in the hospitality, transport and energy sectors.
- Coordinate with international teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as an insurance executive at an insurance brokerage.
- The most recent three years of experience must have been at a brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, preferably commercial lines, hospitality, transport or energy.
- Experience with SICAS is desirable.
- Advanced spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Organizational, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
- Available to work Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Must live in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, or be available to work on site there.
