Licensed Physician Freelance AI Trainer - Minnesota Remote
US-based licensed physicians help Mindrift assess and improve health-focused AI systems. The freelance work involves designing clinical tasks and evaluating medical outputs on project-based assignments.
Description
- Assess AI-generated health content for medical accuracy and safety
- Evaluate answers to clinical questions against defined quality standards
- Design complex, realistic clinical tasks for AI agents
- Develop detailed task versions with objective scoring criteria
- Create less explicit task versions that encourage AI agents to work independently
- Support health-focused AI training initiatives for major technology companies
- Work approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
Requirements
- Currently practicing in the United States as a physician or other licensed clinical professional
- Hold a medical degree or a related degree with clinical training covering diagnosis and medical-condition management
- Maintain a current, valid US license, such as a medical license or applicable state license for an adjacent clinical role
- Remain actively engaged in clinical practice
- Have at least three years of hands-on clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong written English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Submit a CV written in English
- Board certification is preferred but not required
- Submit work by the stated deadlines and meet project acceptance criteria
