Support Mindrift’s health-focused AI systems through clinical evaluation and training. Create realistic medical tasks and assess AI-generated content for accuracy and safety.
Description
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated health content
- Review answers to clinical questions for medical accuracy and safety
- Classify AI outputs using defined quality standards
- Design complex, realistic tasks for advanced AI agents using fragmented patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning
- Develop detailed task variants with objective scoring criteria
- Create ambiguous task variants that encourage AI agents to reason with less guidance
- Deliver accepted tasks by project deadlines
Requirements
- Provide an English CV and state your English proficiency level
- Be a medical professional based in the United States
- Hold a medical degree, or a related degree with clinical training that covers diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Maintain a current, valid US medical license
- Be actively practicing clinically
- Have at least three years of hands-on clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong written English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Board certification is advantageous
- Specialists and senior practitioners are encouraged to apply
- Complete assignments on schedule while meeting the specified acceptance criteria
