Support Travelers Staff Counsel with legal research, discovery, and litigation drafting in a hybrid Diamond Bar internship. Gain mentored experience with court proceedings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
Description
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare discovery materials
- Draft briefs and motions
- Observe proceedings in various courts
- Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trials or hearings
- Collaborate with Travelers Staff Counsel attorneys, support staff, and business partners
- Receive mentoring and substantive feedback on assignments
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Available for a temporary 10–12-week summer internship from June 2027 through August 2027
- Expected to work 40 hours per week
