Description
- Research legal issues and authorities
- Prepare discovery materials
- Draft briefs and motions
- Observe proceedings across various courts
- Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trials or hearings
- Work with Travelers Staff Counsel attorneys, support staff, and business partners
- Receive mentoring and substantive feedback on assigned work
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited law school
- Be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- Not require H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT sponsorship or support
- Be available for a temporary 10–12 week summer internship from June 2027 through August 2027
- Plan to work 40 hours per week
