Description
- Review and draft basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts
- Research media, advertising, technology, and intellectual property law across multiple jurisdictions
- Track legal and regulatory developments affecting Titan OS operations
- Support contract administration by maintaining records, templates, and signed agreements
- Contribute to compliance and business risk management initiatives
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
- Prepare legal updates, reports, and presentations for cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Law degree, ideally focused on commercial, media, or technology law
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Curiosity, initiative, and a practical problem-solving approach
- Interest in the technology, media, or entertainment sectors is advantageous
