- Manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer, partnership, and other commercial agreements.
- Assess legal issues in depth to support compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise on emerging Oxylabs products and features, identify product-related legal risks, and contribute legal guidance throughout development.
- Partner with leading external counsel on complex legal matters and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor legal developments and case law affecting technology, big data, data privacy, and adjacent areas.
- Lead knowledge-sharing efforts that strengthen legal awareness throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.).
- At least three years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, preferably in technology or a related field.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, plus proficiency in Lithuanian.
- Demonstrated ability to own and coordinate multiple complex projects while working effectively independently and with others.
- A proactive and inquisitive approach, with sound judgment in a changing regulatory environment.
