Description
- Produce advertising video packages from Creative Marketing Manager briefs, with capacity for up to two packages per day
- Create three videos and additional variations for each package
- Generate hyper-realistic AI avatars and integrate them naturally into creatives as indistinguishable user-generated content
- Find relevant visual references and trending content independently across social media platforms
- Track TikTok and Instagram trends and quickly adapt them into new creatives
- Improve production workflows with tools, plugins, and automations while preserving creative quality
- Complete the portfolio review, recruiter discussion, test assignment, team interview, and offer stages
Requirements
- Be available for at least five hours each day
- Bring one to two years of active experience editing dynamic video, including Reels, TikTok videos, or advertising creatives
- Have at least six months of hands-on experience using generative AI tools
- Demonstrate the ability to create hyper-realistic AI avatars that are indistinguishable from real people
- Turn a raw script without a moodboard into a polished creative package by 6 PM independently
- Find native, non-stock footage on TikTok, Instagram, and Threads
- Have English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Experience in a performance marketing team or digital agency is a plus
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts such as hook frames, ad pacing, and scroll-stopping content is a plus
