Description
- Advise and support business teams on day-to-day legal and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts, amendments, and other documents supporting commercial and operational activities.
- Develop clear technical analyses and legal opinions to inform internal decision-making.
- Identify workflow improvements and support the adoption of LegalTech and document automation solutions.
- Track and assess legislative developments and proposed bills that could affect the company’s operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Previous experience in legal advisory and contract management or analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency for document review and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, a dynamic and solutions-oriented approach, and effective deadline management.
- Knowledge of or experience with LegalTech, document automation, and legal process optimization.
