  • Handle billing, collections, and negotiations to keep matter finances moving and serve internal and external clients.
  • Improve processes and work toward established financial targets.
  • Track matters from opening through payment, supporting partners and other firm professionals.

Requirements

  • Hold a completed bachelor's degree.
  • Know how to use financial systems.
  • Learn new tools and business operating procedures quickly.
  • Show initiative and a results-focused approach.
  • Adapt with flexibility and resilience to day-to-day situations.
  • Apply logical thinking, communicate clearly in writing and speech, and negotiate effectively.
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced English is an advantage.
  • Bring prior experience in customer service, secretarial work, or another administrative role.
