Requirements
- Experience defining, evolving, and managing digital products, especially technology and AI solutions
- Ability to turn business needs into viable, scalable, end-to-end technology solutions focused on impact
- Experience designing and implementing AI solutions, from concept and prototyping through product integration
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and working with business, product, and technology stakeholders
- Strong technical foundation in software architecture, development, systems, or cloud environments
- Knowledge of scalable architectures, including APIs, microservices, and cloud-native systems
- Knowledge of agile methods
- Experience or a strong background in Java backend development
- Practical experience or familiarity with AI tools for software development, including copilots, code generation, refactoring, rapid prototyping, experimentation, analysis, documentation, and ideation
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
