Inside Sales Representative, Automotive Electronics
Manage automotive electronics orders, logistics, forecasts, and supplier coordination for global customers at Arrow Electronics. Partner across teams to improve processes and resolve customer and supply issues.
Description
- Own relationships with key global automotive customers, managing orders, logistics coordination, and forecast execution.
- Improve lead times, data quality, escalation processes, and issue resolution while maintaining complete documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, and Credit teams, as well as suppliers, to secure compliant and on-time supply.
- Collaborate across Arrow regions, time zones, and cultures, with customer-site travel when needed to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations, preferably within automotive or electronics distribution.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and supply chain operations.
- Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment.
- Comfort working under pressure and handling complex, fast-moving business situations.
- Analytical approach with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and performance visibility.
- Completed commercial or technical training or degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and German.
