IAM Information Systems Engineer, Level 2 — Brazil Remote
Build SailPoint migration pipelines with PowerShell, Python, and SQL while automating access governance. Improve identity data quality, RBAC/ABAC models, and compliance across application integrations.
Description
- Create and maintain PowerShell, Python, and SQL transformations that prepare application accounts and entitlements as SCIM, REST API, or JDBC payloads for SailPoint.
- Work with distributed application teams to correct data quality problems, standardize User IDs, and reach complete Workday WID account correlation before platform configuration.
- Use sanitized entitlement data to design RBAC and ABAC models in SailPoint, replacing unmanaged static permissions with role bundles aligned to business needs.
- Implement PowerShell and Python automation, REST API integrations, and RPA bots to convert ticket-based administration into self-service workflows.
- Guide application owners through SOX/SOC requirements, Segregation of Duties risks, and audit-evidence practices while supporting sprint delivery commitments.
- Coordinate several integration workstreams and application onboarding pipelines from initial discovery through production validation.
Requirements
- Experience with IAM engineering, payload integration, or directory automation.
- Self-directed ownership of application onboarding pipelines from discovery through production validation with limited supervision.
- Ability to handle 3–5 application onboarding streams, scripting work, and operational escalations in parallel.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills for helping non-technical Application Owners resolve data issues and meet sprint commitments.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST/SCIM APIs, RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate, SailPoint IIQ or ISC, Active Directory or Entra ID, and ITSM frameworks.
