Head of AI Expansion at Tether.to — Remote in the United Kingdom
Lead global adoption of Tether’s QVAC and decentralized AI infrastructure. Develop enterprise, government, and technology partnerships focused on private, sovereign, and resilient AI.
Description
- Lead worldwide adoption of QVAC and Tether AI among enterprises, institutions, and government organizations
- Assess where local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI can create strategic value
- Align priority use cases with organizational needs and develop implementation business cases
- Cultivate relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI executives, and government stakeholders
- Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments
- Establish partnerships with compute, hardware, infrastructure, and technology providers
- Track partnership results, surface risks, and develop mitigation measures
- Shape and deliver Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy
- Prioritize target markets, industries, and high-value AI applications
- Define client requirements with stakeholders and convert them into deployable solutions alongside product and engineering teams
- Create and manage a worldwide pipeline of strategic AI opportunities
- Track market, competitive, regulatory, and technology changes
- Build and lead the global AI Expansion organization
- Hire expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other essential team members
- Set KPIs, operating playbooks, and commercial workflows
- Coordinate closely with Tether’s AI, engineering, product, and regional Expansion teams
- Represent Tether AI in strategic discussions, government engagements, conferences, and industry forums
- Establish Tether as a strategic partner for AI sovereignty, privacy, resilience, and infrastructure independence
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local and edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures
- Demonstrated personal success originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships
- Established relationships with senior leaders in enterprises, technology companies, and/or government
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-development abilities
- Background building and managing high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial approach with the independence to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience working internationally and across cultures
- Willingness to undertake international travel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fluency in three or more languages is desirable
