Description
- Complete four three-month rotations, ending with a Graduate Project across engineering and customer-facing teams.
- Learn the software development lifecycle and take on meaningful work that supports product quality from your first day.
- Design, develop, and support product features across rotations, with opportunities to work with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Learn to use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Apply AI to support learning, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop applied AI skills while checking AI-generated output under human supervision.
- Contribute in an agile team that values learning and knowledge sharing.
- Build technical skills, product knowledge, and delivery discipline in preparation for a junior engineering role.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and learning.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Eligible to work full time in the relevant jurisdiction throughout the program.
- Must pass a police background check to be eligible for employment at RecordPoint.
