Description
- Manage a portfolio of properties across Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel, improving performance on each platform.
- Build and refine property listings with strong photos, descriptions and SEO.
- Set dynamic prices to help maximize rental revenue.
- Oversee reservations and maintain positive guest relationships.
- Respond to guest messages, coordinate check-ins and resolve disputes.
- Arrange cleaning and maintenance between guest stays.
- Find property owners seeking outsourced management of their rentals.
- Run your business using the ALB platform.
- Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity.
