Description
- Create and lead high-quality learning sessions
- Run interactive simulations, practical demonstrations, and live coding activities for complex topics
- Prepare and organize each session thoroughly
- Own the progress, engagement, and well-being of an assigned learner cohort
- Respond to questions, guide exercises, and assist with learner projects
- Monitor attendance, performance, and behavior consistently, taking early action when needed
- Encourage teamwork and analytical thinking
- Build a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Keep the Track Lead informed about performance, risks, and planned actions
- Assist with reporting, evaluations, and final learner communications
- Join stand-ups and meetings with the teaching team
- Partner with program and career teams on surveys and feedback activities
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting and developing learners or employees, preferably through bootcamps, training programs, or comparable educational formats
- Hands-on expertise in AI-powered online marketing
- Knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads and Analytics, performance marketing, SEO, and SEA
- Working proficiency with n8n, Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, WordPress, Nano Banana, and Canva
- Ability to work independently and reliably, with strong communication skills
- Fluent German
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to collaborate with learners and colleagues
