Finance Systems Analyst, Manchester Hybrid – Arrow Global
Own Stavpay and Kyriba finance applications for Arrow Global, strengthening controls, integrations, releases, and service delivery across Finance and Fund Operations.
Description
- Own the performance, service delivery, controls, and ongoing development of key Finance applications
- Manage application roadmaps, enhancements, and priorities while balancing business needs, risk, and cost
- Partner with Finance, Fund Operations, Treasury, and Technology to clarify requirements and deliver improvements
- Serve as an escalation point for application issues, coordinating with the IT Service Desk, Application Support teams, and external vendors to resolve incidents and problems
- Manage application changes, releases, and UAT with appropriate testing and governance
- Monitor critical processes, integrations, and automated jobs, coordinating resolution when failures occur
- Maintain appropriate access controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and governance across applications
- Initially act as Product Owner and System Owner for Stavpay and Kyriba, with potential responsibility for additional Finance and Fund Operations applications
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing business-critical Finance applications or systems, preferably in a complex organisation
- Sound understanding of Finance processes and controls
- Practical Finance expertise, particularly in accounts payable, treasury, cash management, and financial controls
- Experience owning, administering, or managing Finance or operational applications
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering SaaS and third-party applications
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
- Experience operating within formal IT service management and change governance or CAB frameworks
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors and holding them accountable for outcomes
- Experience managing application releases, UAT, and integrations
- Good understanding of application access, risk, controls, and governance
