Join NatWest Group’s three-year Finance graduate programme, rotating through four nine-month placements in Edinburgh, London and Manchester. Develop analytical, reporting and decision-support expertise while working towards the ICAS qualification.

Description

  • Complete a three-year Finance graduate programme through four nine-month placements
  • Complete three placements in Edinburgh or London and one in Manchester
  • Learn from experienced Finance professionals while building knowledge of banking and financial services
  • Use data and analytical methods to inform decisions and improve customer outcomes
  • Develop hands-on experience in performance reporting, strategy and decision support
  • Strengthen stakeholder management, negotiation and constructive challenge capabilities
  • Work towards a professional accountancy qualification through ICAS
  • Collaborate across the bank on purposeful, customer-focused work

Requirements

  • Hold, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with others
  • Show close attention to detail
  • Take initiative and accept ownership of responsibilities
  • Be interested in how businesses make decisions
  • Be prepared to work towards a professional accountancy qualification through ICAS
