Description

  • Bring together data from multiple systems.
  • Combine structured and unstructured data for consistent dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze relationships among systems and across the data lifecycle.
  • Conduct and interpret ad hoc, in-depth analyses.
  • Document data definitions, origins, capture methods, and uses.
  • Assess data sources for reliability, completeness, validity, and uniqueness.
  • Structure and organize data for access and use, including modeling, aggregation, field definitions, statistical validation, and data warehouse development.
  • Set up data access using predictive and statistical models, queries, data sources, and quality checks.
  • Create actionable, measurable dashboards and reports that address business needs.
  • Manage audience permissions, data views, communications, and guidance on using data.
  • Deliver data insights that support informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience validating data across multiple systems, assessing data quality, and configuring reports and standardized dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of and proficiency with Business Objects and Tableau.
  • Ability to write queries and reports using R and SQL.
  • Ability to interpret the narratives revealed by data.
  • Presentation and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal to moderate oversight and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver defined projects with regular oversight.
  • Problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, including designing and implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Certification in data management, data quality, or data visualization preferred.
  • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
