eDiscovery Search Consultant (India Remote)
Support Lighthouse’s eDiscovery consulting team by optimizing dtSearch and Relativity workflows. Reduce pre-review data volumes and produce clear, client-ready analyses.
Description
- Analyze data and apply technology to reduce volumes before review
- Help shape workflow and SOP strategies and maintain related documentation
- Deliver accurate and timely search consultation services
- Build advanced proficiency in dtSearch syntax and relevant review-platform functionality
- Coach and support less experienced team members
- Develop expertise in standard search consultation services and quality-control protocols
- Prepare client-facing analyses, reports, and other deliverables
- Build a well-rounded understanding of each client’s context, needs, and objectives
- Advance process and tool improvements, service standardization, best-practice development, documentation, and formal training
- Act as an internal contact for project management teams
- Respond proactively to questions from project teams and clients
- Partner with project management teams on client communications, consultations, and escalations
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in eDiscovery
- Fluency in dtSearch syntax
- Professional experience with Relativity
- Ability to read and create regular expressions
- Substantial exposure to ITES and fast-paced work environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service
- Ability to balance competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree required at minimum; a postgraduate degree is also acceptable
- A degree in linguistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred, as is equivalent additional eDiscovery experience
- Comfort working remotely with room for office equipment and a private workspace
