Support Gainwell Technologies’ healthcare claims solutions through requirements analysis, process documentation, data modeling, and test scenario evaluation. Help translate business needs into practical technical and process improvements for health and human services.
Description
- Assess business challenges and contribute to technology solutions that support health and human services outcomes
- Work with business analysts to develop client recommendations that strengthen business processes
- Convert client needs and technical requirements into clear, accessible language
- Evaluate and document system requirements and business processes
- Create basic conceptual data and process models to estimate the effects of proposed system changes
- Run and assess basic test scenarios based on established test plans
- Take part in technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders
- Build proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Basic analytical and problem-solving ability for evaluating business needs and triaging bugs and defects
- Strong oral and written communication skills in a professional setting
- Genuine interest in connecting technical work with non-technical business processes and re-engineering
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals
- Exposure to healthcare and claims is strongly preferred
