- Work with divisional stakeholders to develop, maintain, and scale product-focused metrics and dashboards
- Strengthen operational visibility, decision-making, and performance management
- Set the predictive analytics technology roadmap and operating model for LSEG Operations
- Create predictive and generative analytics solutions with Engineering, Operations, and Product Management
- Assess Operations data sets and recommend improvements for analytics at scale
- Lead divisional reporting teams serving Risk Intelligence, FTSE, and Markets
- Manage specialists in predictive analytics, machine learning, database development, automation, and front-end application engineering
- Build team knowledge of emerging technologies, industry practices, financial content, and LSEG business processes
