Databricks Data Engineer
Join Devoteam to build data solutions for international projects using Databricks, PySpark, and SparkSQL. This full-time role is remote within Spain and involves modern lakehouse technologies.
Description
- Contribute to international client projects
- Develop solutions focused on Databricks and data engineering
- Work with DataStage, Medallion Architecture, PySpark, SparkSQL, Unity Catalog, Unity Gateway, Declarative Pipelines, Jobs, Autoloader, DABs, CI/CD, and Genie Code
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience with DataStage
- At least 3 years of Databricks experience and a strong data background
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Medallion Architecture
- Knowledge of PySpark and SparkSQL
- Knowledge of Unity Catalog and Unity Gateway
- Knowledge of Declarative Pipelines and Jobs
- Knowledge of Autoloader
- Knowledge of Declarative Automation Bundles (DABs) and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Genie Code
- Must reside in Spain
