Content Ingestion Assistant (Remote, Poland)
Capture, monitor, edit, and quality-check live and on-demand video content for Samba TV’s media intelligence platform. Troubleshoot streaming issues and ingest verified recordings into the company database.
Description
- Launch and monitor live captures from streaming platforms
- Respond to alerts and resolve player, VPN, or buffering issues using internal procedures
- Capture on-demand and long-form video recordings
- Edit recordings when needed
- Perform quality checks according to established standards
- Ingest approved content into Samba TV’s database
- Use Samba web applications, remote machines, and spreadsheets
- Complete a hiring process involving a Talent call, a conversation with Roberto, and a final culture round
Requirements
- Professional working English is required for daily communication
- Comfort with computers, remote machines, spreadsheets, and quickly learning new web tools
- Office or data-entry experience involving repetitive, detail-focused work
- Remote-work experience with the ability to stay focused independently
- Reliable night and weekend availability, particularly on Saturdays and Sundays
- Content management or media operations experience is a plus
- High-volume data-entry experience is a plus
- Basic video-editing skills are a plus
- Experience troubleshooting streams, VPNs, or recording tools is a plus
- Previous night-shift or follow-the-sun work experience is a plus
- Comfort working independently on weekend nights, including around 4 a.m. on Sundays
