Description
- Write and publish evergreen content, including operator reviews, under the direction of the Content Lead
- Apply brand guidelines and vertical standards across casino and sports content
- Verify that partner-operator content meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Apply SEO practices such as keyword placement, meta descriptions, and headline optimization
- Create, edit, and publish pages in the content management system
- Resolve CMS issues and check that content is correctly formatted and presented
- Use Claude and workflow automation tools for research, drafting, editing, and SEO improvement
- Review AI-assisted content for factual accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance before publication
- Coordinate freelance writers by assigning work, preparing briefs, giving feedback, and checking quality
- Use SEO briefs to refresh and improve pages, and create new briefs when required
- Create and revise webpages with a user-experience-focused approach
- Prioritize content work effectively and deliver assignments on schedule
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the Content Lead
Requirements
- At least three years of experience editing, writing, and publishing web content
- A two-year or four-year college degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of AP style
- Ability to write and edit accurately under strict deadlines
- Strong visual judgment for page layout and on-page user experience
- Experience writing for gaming, sports betting, or online casino is preferred
- Experience with WordPress is preferred
- Proficiency with AI writing and editing tools such as Claude, or a strong willingness to learn them and related content automation platforms
- Experience assigning, briefing, and reviewing freelance writers’ work
- Judgment to distinguish tasks requiring human authorship or subject-matter expertise from those suited to AI assistance
- Strong knowledge of brand guidelines and SEO practices for affiliate websites
- Ability to ensure published content satisfies legal and regulatory standards
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality at a high pace
