Heirloom develops and operates direct air capture facilities that remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it through mineralization. Its technology accelerates the natural process by which limestone absorbs carbon, pairing mineral-based capture with engineered systems to produce verifiable, permanent carbon removal credits. The company focuses on deploying this approach at scale, using renewable energy to power its facilities. Its work brings together climate science, engineering, and energy operations to expand durable carbon removal.
