Business Analyst, Global Trade
Support Uline’s Global Trade Management systems by analyzing data, improving processes, and translating trade regulations into workflows. The role also contributes to automation, user support, and system training.
Description
- Assess data requests from the International team and provide insights for business decisions.
- Help modernize processes through automation and effective use of data.
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate testing and support with IT and other teams.
- Create and maintain Global Trade Management system guidance and training materials.
- Convert international trade regulations and business needs into system workflows and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office.
- Power BI, Power Automate, and VBA experience preferred.
- B2B experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
