Backend C#/.NET Developer, AI-Assisted Development
Build scalable .NET APIs and data-processing systems for a U.S. big-data analytics company. This fully remote role is based in Eastern Europe and incorporates AI-assisted development tools.
Description
- Develop and maintain backend applications with C# and .NET
- Create scalable REST APIs
- Improve SQL Server databases and application performance
- Resolve production issues and provide reliable fixes
- Use AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to work efficiently while maintaining code quality
- Work with engineers to deliver clean, scalable, maintainable software
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial backend C#/.NET experience; 2–6 years preferred
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong experience developing REST APIs
- Solid SQL Server and relational database skills
- Experience debugging and maintaining production applications
- Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT in daily work
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Experience integrating AI or third-party APIs
