Description
- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at homes and businesses.
- Work independently at customer sites as a trusted technical resource.
- Run new lines, climb ladders, and connect and activate Wi-Fi networks.
- Troubleshoot installation and service problems.
- Provide a smooth customer experience.
- Take part in ongoing training and career development.
Requirements
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Hold a valid state driver’s license.
- Be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
- Weigh less than 275 pounds for ladder safety.
- Be able to work in confined spaces or at heights of up to 28 feet.
- Be available for overtime, emergency call-outs, and holiday shifts.
- Be able to identify wire and cable colors.
