- Install and activate broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services in customers’ homes and businesses.
- Work independently at customer locations as a trusted service expert.
- Install new lines, climb ladders, and connect and activate Wi-Fi networks.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide quality service.
- Meet customers and connect them with essential services.
- Develop skills through ongoing training and career development.
Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Hold a valid state driver’s license.
- Lift and move up to 60 pounds.
- Weigh less than 325 pounds for ladder safety.
- Work in confined spaces or at heights of up to 28 feet when needed.
- Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work.
- Identify wire and cable colors.
- Pass pre-employment assessments.
