Description
- Manage and improve a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel.
- Create and refine listings, including their photos, descriptions and search optimization.
- Use dynamic pricing to increase revenue for each property.
- Handle reservations and guest relations, including messages, check-ins and disputes.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.
- Find property owners seeking to outsource the operation of their rentals.
- Grow a portfolio of managed properties.
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commission from their work.
