AI Transformation Intern
Support Nordex’s AI transformation work by shaping roadmaps, evaluating business cases and tracking outcomes. Coordinate initiatives across strategy and product teams at the global onshore wind company.
Description
- Maintain the department’s AI roadmap and prioritised use case backlog
- Coordinate AI initiatives across Product Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Project Optimisation and Product Management
- Research AI practices used by competitors and other industries
- Develop business cases for proposed AI initiatives
- Monitor project progress, KPIs and business impact
- Track AI-related risks, compliance requirements and governance standards
- Prepare management updates on AI work and results
Requirements
- Be a student or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Have fluent English at B2 level or higher
- Bring strong analytical thinking and an interest in AI and process improvement
- Show initiative and a willingness to learn
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Communicate clearly and pay close attention to detail
- Be willing to undertake an internship
